Summary: Add-In can not be activated with Outlook 2010

Initial Comment:
Installing, training etc. worked well, but after stoping and starting Outlook2010 I got the message "Add-In spambayes can not be activated" and this it was. Outlook2010 is running with 64bit Win7 (but with Office 32bit).
