Message:
This is happening to me as well:  A brand-new Windows 7 Home Premium
(64-bit) OS, using Outlook 2010 (32-bit) and SpamBayes 1.1a6.  The very
first time I downloaded and installed SpamBayes it worked (opened Outlook,
saw SpamBayes, ran training, etc).  I then closed Outlook and re-opened. 
>From that point on, I have been getting the same error pop-up reported
here.  There is no SpamBayes log file generated.  I have tried
enable/disable on the addon, uninstall/install on the addon.  Neither has
gotten rid of the problem.   The addon IS listed as 'enabled' by Outlook.
