Which I believe is roughly "I would like to have some sort of spam
filtering.  What do I do?".

If you install SpamBayes, it can filter your mail for you.  You need to
download the installer (from <http://spambayes.org/windows.html>) and run it
(this assumes Microsoft Windows - if you are using a different operating
system, you will need to manually install the software).  There is various
documentation with the installer, but it is all in English, so if you can
not read that, you may have difficulty.

If I recall correctly, POPFile has various translations, so you might be
better off with that.  <http://popfile.sf.net>.
