With the 1.1 release of SpamBayes (1.1a1 should be out in January) you will
be able to specify a folder into which good mail should be moved/copied. I
believe that will mean that you can then get the blackberry to just get mail
from that folder, which will mean you can do this.
Right now, I'm not sure that you can. You could try disabling background
filtering (Advanced tab of the SpamBayes Manager dialog). Background
filtering means that all Outlook rules (I think sync'ing with a blackberry
is one of these?) run before SpamBayes. If you turn it off, then it's
undefined what goes first - Outlook's rules or SpamBayes (it may sometimes
be one, and sometimes the other, depending on all sorts of things).
Hopefully, it will mean that SpamBayes moves the messages before the
blackberry finds out about them.

No idea, sorry.
Please always include the list (spambayes at python.org) in your replies
(reply-all), and please don't send me personal mail about SpamBayes.
http://www.massey.ac.nz/~tameyer/writing/reply_all.html explains this.
