[Spambayes] Error installing Spambayes 8.1

Installing on to WinXP SP1/Outlook 2002 as local admin.
 
C:\Program Files\Spambayes Outlook Addin\spambayes_addin.dll
Unable to register the DLL/OCX: DllRegisterServer failed; code
0x00000000.
Click Retry tor try again, ignore to proceed anyway (not recommended),
or
Abort to cancel installation.
 
I found some other queries, but no FAQ.
 
Any ideas?
