[Spambayes] error when installing Spambayes on W2K (after rebootingfirst)

What version of the installer are you trying to use?  This was a well-known
error with certain systems with the 008.1 release, but appears to be
universally fixed (that was the idea!) with the 1.0a9 release.  If that's
not the one you're using, then your best option is to download it and try
that.
