[Spambayes] Spambayes Tool Bar

I had been using 1.04 for several months with great success.   An error
in Outlook has caused me to Uninstall the program and start with a fresh
install.   For some reason I cannot get the tool bar to come up on
Outlook.

 

The program has been successfully installed using the Install wizard
form the program.  Any ideas?
