[Spambayes] DEP against SpamBayes

Yes, this is a known problem with SpamBayes.  The only known work-around is
the one you suggested - disable DEP for Outlook.

My computer with WXP is armed with DEP. It prevents Outlook to load the
add-in until I exlude Outlook from the DEP.
