[Spambayes] Deleted GOOD mail--HELP!!!!!

Hi,

I have been using Spambayes for about a month, and all goes well initially
while it trains, and then all of a sudden, my "junk suspects" folder
disappears, and good mail starts getting deleted. It doesn't go into my
deleted folder, however. It's just gone. Any remedies for this phenomenon?
