[Spambayes] Can't get Spambayes to show on my Outlook toolbar.

Check to see if Outlook has disabled the plug-in.  Help->About Microsoft
Outlook->Disabled Items.

(Why are there two places to disable/reenable a plug-in?  Ask Microsoft.)
