Sorry - sourceforge changed all of the cvs servers, so all links like  
this (plus all checkouts of the source) have broken.  I'll try and  
fix that link shortly.

The readme is included in the source distribution (maybe also the  
binary - I don't recall), or you can read the latest version online at:
