[Spambayes] Removing spambayes 1.0.4

Outlook was probably running when you uninstalled it.  Try completely
closing Outlook (or rebooting), then deleting the files.

The toolbar hanging around is a slightly different issue - see the FAQ for
info on how to remove it:
