[Spambayes] Unable to auto-filter emails

We just moved to our new email server and we have a user who is not able
to filter his emails anymore.  I see the following error in the log
file.

Uninstalling & re-installing your application does not work.

 

How can I fix this?  There isn't anything online pertaining to this
error.  I am getting the No filterable messages are selected
