[Spambayes] spambayes issue

Hi:
After installing the program and I for the first time opened the outlook no
wizard was opened and guided me forward the process.
It is looks like that it is don't work or did not make any changes in the
outlook.
What should I do?
I already uninstalled and re-installed it again - no change.
