[Spambayes] request for Help

I love SpamBayes very very much. 

However, after re-installing a system image from my previous machine,
SpamBayes stops working in my new machine's Outlook. I have tried many
things to restore the greatest SpamBayes, but still without success.

1) I tried to re-install the entire Office 2K3 Pro suite, and try to
re-install both the SpamBayes 1.0.4 and 1.1a1 binaries. No success
2) I tried to install the source code version by downloading all 3
required pieces (Python 2,4, pywin32-205.win32-py2.4.exe, and SpamBayes
source code 1.1a1). 
- Copying the source code directory under c:\python24\Lib\site-packages
- Running "c:\python24\python setup.py install" inside the source-code
directory in MS-DOS prompt.
- Spambayes directory is then created under
c:\python24\Lib\site-packages directory.
- Ran "addin.py" under
"C:\Python24\Lib\site-packages\spambayes-1.1a1\Outlook2000" in MS-DOS
prompt. 

When I restarted Outlook 2k3, under the COM Add-In manager, I got an
error like the screenshot attached with this email message. In addition,
I tried opening the debugger that comes with pythonwin, but there is no
logs appended when I started Outlook after I ran addin.py . Therefore, I
could not provide any logs for you all to further troubleshoot - Sorry
about that. Or, feel free to let me know if I should do it in a
different way.

Any help will be very appreciated.
