[Spambayes] Problem configuring Spambayes with Outlook 2003

I recently upgraded from Outlook XP to Outlook 2003. I have done this on
three computers. On one, I have run into a problem with SpamBayes.

On this computer, I cannot get SpamBayes to "stick". That is, the SpamBayes
toolbar option is not present in the "customize" for the toolbars. When I go
to tools/options-Other/advanced-Com Addins, SpamBayes it there unchecked. I
can check it, but when I exit the dialog and return, it is unchecked.

Any thoughts? I've uninstalled and reinstalled both SpamBayes and Outlook to
no avail.
