[Spambayes] Shared mailboxes

I was wondering if Spambayes allows you to scan for spam within a shared
mailbox. We have a website for our organisation which has an email
account that is receiving a lot of spam. This mailbox is owned by myself
and another IT officer, but has another user who maintains it. I can
check for spam within individual accounts but I am unable to access the
shared inbox. Is there a way around this?
