[Spambayes] script to uninstall the Outlook plugin?

No, there is not a bug with using --unregister (at least, I have
never seen one reported). The correct way to remove the add-in is to
either run the register script with --unregister (if running from
source) or to use the "Add/Remove Programs" control panel (if running
from binary).
The 1.1 installer will offer to remove the application data folder on
uninstall. For now, you can just delete that folder (i.e. {APP_DATA}
\SpamBayes) using whatever deletion method you like.
The FAQ explains how to remove the toolbar. If I had time to work on
SpamBayes, I'd add removing that to the 1.1 installer, but I don't at
the moment, unfortunately.
