[Spambayes] a problem

I have successfully (I think) downloaded the SpamBayes program to my Outlook
incoming mail box. My problem is that my incoming mail doesn't go to this
mailbox. Instead it goes to a mailbox that is part of my internet provider's
home page (AmaTechTel). The SpamBayes program is not on that mailbox. How
can I redirect my incoming mail so that it will go to the Outlook mail box?
Or would it be easier to install SpamBayes on the mailbox that my mail
currently goes to? I would prefer to use Outlook if I could.
