[Spambayes] Outlook 2007

I am having trouble getting the latest stable version to work in Outlook
2007.

 

The toolbar appears, but no functionality.  I checked the log file and see
this:

 

Registered: SpamBayes.OutlookAddin 

Registration complete.

 

Any ideas?
