[Spambayes] V1.0.4 & Outlook Express

I am trying to set up SpamBayes sb_server on my wife's laptop running XP
Home SP2 & Outlook Express 6. When I double click on the envelope in a
message in the Possible Junk folder it does not display the review page but
opens the message.
