[Spambayes] Problem with Spambayes

I'm using Windows XP and Spambayes AntiSpam Classifier and I read the
trouble-shooting guide.  I'm getting an error message saying theres a
problem with Spambayes and to run the spambayes manager to reconfigure the
filter.
