[Spambayes] Wizard doesnt appear

Dear Sir,

I just installed SpamBayes in Outlook.

  "When you first start Outlook after SpamBayes has been installed, the SpamBayes Installation Wizard will appear."

Problem is the Installation Wizard doesn't appear in Outlook Express.
