[Spambayes] Question

Hi,
 
Even after I "recover" email from a particular person and add them to my
safe senders list, there are several people that I have added at least 25
times and their mail still goes to junk suspect.  
 
Do you have any suggestions on how I could get Spambayes to "listen" to me?
