[Spambayes] Question

Good evening, Joan,
 
It sounds like you are using Outlook as your email client.  With my
version of Outlook, the safe senders list is an Outlook function and not
a Spambayes function.  When you add a person to the safe senders list,
that tells Outlook the sender is safe.  That does not tell Spambayes
anything.  Only when you "Recover" an email are you telling Spambayes
this is a good email.  Keep doing the Recover and Spambayes will learn.

Hi,
 
Even after I "recover" email from a particular person and add them to my
safe senders list, there are several people that I have added at least
25 times and their mail still goes to junk suspect.  
 
Do you have any suggestions on how I could get Spambayes to "listen" to
me?  Thanks!
