[Spambayes] Problem with POP3 Proxy:making the spam push over to the right folder

I am using SpamBayes POP3 Proxy Version 1.0.4 (March 2005) (binary), with version 2.3.5 (#62, Feb  8 2005, 16:23:02) [MSC v.1200 32 bit (Intel)] of Python; my operating system is Windows 5.1.2600.2 (Service Pack 2).  I have trained 108 ham and 472 spam.

The problem I am having is spam and unsure are still only showing up in my inbox. I'm running Outlook express and have set up folders but I feel like a key step has been missed. Spambayes is recognizing spam but is not telling it where to go. When I click on the Header in my email I cannot add a new column and I think this is a problem.
