[Spambayes] Problem deleting spam

Hello,


I have been using your Spam filter for a few weeks and absolutely LOVE it. I
was receiving around 500 junk e-mails a day and your filter catches most of
them.  Everything has been working great until last week.  The tool bar for
spam stopped working.  I have un-installed and re-installed the software and
this works until I use the "spam delete" button a few times then it stops
working again.  

I have read your "Help" instructions and have gone into delete the spam
filter off the tool bar then close and re-open Outlook.  This worked for a
moment but then stopped working again.

I tried to follow your instruction in the help file below:
If all else fails, you can completely reset the Outlook toolbars by removing
the file \Documents and Settings\{username}\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\outcmd.dat. 
I followed this path all the way through "Microsoft" but there was no
Outlook folder or outcmnd.dat file.  I even did a search for "outcmnd.dat"
but nothing was found.  I also made sure that my files and folders were not
hidden.
I am using Windows XP Proff and my version of Spam Bayes is 1.0.4.
The only thing that I have done different in my Outlook since I started
using Spam Bayes is move in-box & sent e-mails to another folder and change
the view.  Could this have created a problem?  The problem started happening
sometime after I did this.
