First place I would check is the deleted items folder, look for a 'plus'
sign beside it.  If it's in there, move it back.

I have recently installed your program and was pleased with the way it
was set up. However I have lost the junk mail folder. I only have the
suspect junk mail folder. When I open Outlook I sit and watch as all of
