[Spambayes] Outlook says Spambayes causing problems

Hello. I have been using your Spambayes product for several months and like
it. Over the past week or two, Outlook has been shutting down and telling me
that Spambayes is causing the problem. It had not done this before. 

 

I do not know what version I have. How do I tell?
