You might be able to (read: I don't really know, because I don't use Windows
or OE) forward your old mail to yourself.  I suspect you'd have to do it
one-by-one though.

Another possibility is to export your OE mail to some more-or-less standard
file format (like Unix mailbox format) and then run one of the other
standalone SpamBayes tools like sb_mboxtrain.py on the result, giving it the
same configuration you'd feed to OE, then slurp the result back into OE.

Or you could switch to Thunderbird (more like Outlook, but free and open
source) then use ThunderBayes.
