[Spambayes] Spam Bayes just won't work anymore

A window appears once in awhile and says my spambayes is corrupt and you are
working on it - but - that's been an awfully long time and I really need and
love my spambayes for many years now. I even donated twice to show my
appreciation. Please help me.
