[Spambayes] pop up

A pop up cpmes up saying there is a problem with Spambayes configuration and
to go to the spambayes manager and run the spambayes wizard to correct the
problem.  

 

I belive I have read everything and cannot find the spambayes manager or the
the wizard. I'm using a new windows vista, is it compatable? If so, can you
send me a link or tell me where to find the wizard??  Thanks JM
