Alright, i think i have some answers for this client :)
But i just want to make sure i am on the same page as spambayes:
you can not enter any "rules" into spambayes (like mark all messages with the word viagra in the subject/body as spam)? I do see where to set the options (i assume this is where you lower/raise the spam score?). Where, typically, is the config/options file? I see the FAQ says "configured through a file called bayescustomize.ini or .spambayesrc". I assume the *.ini file is for a windows box and the .spambayessrc is for a *nix box? Thanks for all your patience with me as i learn about spambayes.
