[Spambayes] Nothing happens

My Spambayes was disabled by Outlook 2007. I deleted the Spambayes program
and then, last night, downloaded the latest version of Spambayes. The
Spambayes toolbar shows on Outlook, but doesn't work. I tried all the
workarounds (regsur.exe, outlook_addin.dll, and outlook_addin-register.exe)
but nothing helps.
 
Windows XP
Latest version of Spambayes
(don't know anything about "logs", etc.)
