[Spambayes] Spambayes Outlook buttons not functioning any more

Spambayes database has got itself corrupt. You need to use the
Spambayes Manager to retrain - select the Spambayes Manager, select the
"Training" tab, then ensure the "rebuild entire database" option is
selected. After training, check the "General" tab and make sure
Spambayes is initialized.
