changes underneath it. From my own experience, the current version (1.0.4) still
works fine with Outlook 2002 and either Windows XP or Windows Server 2003.
The known issues are either at the nuisance level or have workarounds.
Experience also shows that the basic algorithm is sound. (I.e., spammers don't
seem to be getting the upper hand.) The fact that it has been a long time since
the last release does not seem to have materially affected the program's
utility.
