I run the install program and it seems fine, but when I open outlook 2003, I do
not get any installation message or wizard to run through. If I go to
tools>options>other>advanced options>COM add-in, I see that the
spambates com add-in is listed but unchecked. I check it and close the dialog
box and restart outlook, but nothing happens. The box becomes unchecked and I do
it all over again to no success. </SPAN></DIV>
