Thanks, Kevin. I have added one more paragraph to the beginning:

"Please consider sponsoring PyTexas 2011 though a tax-deductible
financial donation to the Python Software Foundation (PSF). Your
contribution helps the Texas area Python community build a better
conference, while also providing a targeted marketing and community
outreach opportunity. "

I have also sent this a link to this document to the PSF so they can
review. We're still waiting for the payment site to be set up, but
there is no reason we cannot go ahead and send this out to sponsors
since the URL in the document points to the wiki (when the payment
site is setup, we can link or redirect from the wiki).

If anyone wants to help me with the sponsor outreach, please contact
me first to let me know who you are considering contacting. I'm
building a spreadsheet of sponsors and want to make sure our sponsor
communications are coordinated.
