Given the unexpected behaviour is in tk itself, you should report it
in the tk bug tracker:
http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?atid=112997&group_id=12997&func=browse

If it was a problem with Tkinter then you would report it at
bugs.python.org instead (not the case here).
