Sorry, i'm beginning with tk
I'm working with Snow leopard and Python 3.1
As you say, I have download Tcl/tk with ActivateState
Now I have Tcl.framework and Tk.framework in /Library/Framework

In a mail, i read : "There's no need to build it yourself. "

So , i try in Python 3
In python 3.1 I try

>>> *import tkinter*
>>> *tkinter._test()*

ans i always obtain

This is Tc/Tk version 8.4 ............
