I'd say that schema.py is final, but there's some work to do on
initial_data.py, mostly because the number of status/resolution
combinations in the sf.tracker (there's 34 different combinations in
use) hardly can be covered by the current list of combinations of
status/resolution values in initial_data.py.

I'm currently working on a proposal.
