[Tracker-discuss] [issue164] System message mail

Since a few days (a week?) I keep getting a lot of emails related to tracker
issues (in whose nosy list I am) where the body of the message is simply "System
message:".  The sender is "admin".  What's up with these?  I'm attaching the
latest example.
