[Tracker-discuss] [issue202] Edit Queries screen should include a link to the search page

Instead of a link, the patch adds a text input and 'Add' button.

When a user supplies a name, the search page will open with the selected name in
"Query name" and a helpful message telling her to click "Search" to save a new
query.
