I was asked off list to post parking instructions.

If you look at the link I posted above, you will see that it has a link 
to the parking map for the meeting:

The map shows the parking lot for the map circled in red, and filled in 
with green, which the legend says means "Unreserved (Open) weekdays 
after 5pm."

It also shows several other nearby free after-hours parking lots and 
garages marked in green, as well as pay lots and garages.

I will warn you to please not park in any spaces labeled "service permit 
required."

I will also advise you that although the parking is free after 5pm in 
the lot beside my building, there are umpty-thousand people trying to 
use the spaces. My building has one the largest free lots on campus. But 
you may have to drive around a bit, or even park up the street at the 
Global Exchange Center on McCauley Street where there is a garage.
