Y'all have been so helpful in the past when I get senile and do 
something like that. What happened this time?

I'm serious. I was so thinking this week was meeting week that I made 12 
slides for a lightning talk at the last minute. I rushed over to Caktus 
because I thought I was running four minutes "late," only to find nobody 
there. I looked at my watch and saw "19" for the date and realized that 
I wasn't late. I was a whole week early.

My more new agey friends (yes, I have them) would tell me this is the 
universe's way of telling me I'm doing too much, which I already know. I 
think it's more the universe's way of telling me, goldang what a flake.

Anyway, I'm hoping I'm the only one who fell for it. I didn't see 
anybody else there. Thankfully.
