On Ubuntu it&#39;s installable with one of the apt tools or a package<br>
manager.<br>

There is also kdevelop.<br>

For a text editor, you may also want to look at Jed, emacs, Kate,<br>
Joe, ...  They are all installable on Ubuntu Debian GNU/Linux.<br>
