Interestingly, I found the source of the pdf , which I mysteriously had

I'll resolve some of the issues I have with 1.1.6 (documentation) and
what it really contain (apparently not what I previously reported) in
the image-SIG mail list. I seem to have subscribed properly, but the
moderator is holding up my posts. <br>

It looks like after 1.1.3 there have been casual improvements and bug
fixes through 1.1.6. <br>
