[ULS-SIG] Welcome!

Hey guys,

Just wanted to give those of you who have already joined the mail list a
warm welcome :-)

I am in the process of drafting a blog post announcing the establishment
of the ULS-SIG mail list. The post will give a little background,
provide some links, give an outline of some of the many topics that are
points for discussion and sharing, well as encourage folks to
participate :-) I'll post to the list when that's been published.

I've emailed webmaster at python.org asking them to add our SIG to the
following page:

and to give us a new page here:
