[UserGroup-Advocacy] Set up a mailing list, how to proceed?

Here's the list of stuff we came up with at the BoF:
priorities
-------
1) ability to find usergroups
2) psf offerings / kit
3) comp.lang.local -> maybe keep it on advocacy? keep it on advocacy?
organizer list.
4) python.org mailing lists for local groups
Those are the exact notes I wrote that night. Maybe we could set up
an IRC time to chat about some of this stuff and figure out if we're
all still on the same page?
