[XML-SIG] PyXML 0.8.3 Windows Installer for Python 2.1?

Dear List

I am working with Silva, a Zope-based CMS on Windows. Silva requires 
PyXML, and Zope is still based on Python 2.1.3. It seems still to take 
some time until Silva and Zope are recommended to run with Python 2.2. 
There are some flaws using Silva with PyXML 0.8.1. Would it be possible 
to release a PyXML 0.8.3 Windows Installer for Python 2.1 
(PyXML-0.8.3.win32-py2.1.exe 
<http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/pyxml/PyXML-0.8.3.win32-py2.3.exe?download>)?
